Thanks, Mr. Joy. In an effort to temper your jealousy, I shall post a new film next week entitled: The Best of Lloyd’s Meltdowns – Part 1 of ??? This shall be followed by a multi-part documentary which takes an indepth look at the countless structural-design flaws of the diaper.

But I think you’re absolutely right: the last several months have been more fun than I’d ever imagined, and I suspect it’s just beginning. Don’t look now Lloyd, but your character is showing.

I was just in Zababdeh in August 2009 and saw first hand how life for a Palestinian is in sharp contrast to that of an Israeli. Even Arab-Israelis are second-class citizens. More people need to educate themselves on the conflict taking place and remember to pray for those living there. I never before thought about the Palestinian Christians that live in the West Bank and now I think and pray for them every day. I pray that others do the same.

Thank you for posting this article and allowing me to share it on my Facebook sight. I have received several comments already regarding it. After visiting the area, I hope to educate others as to the conditions there and the need for others to visit and encourage those living there.

It’s actually Whitmonday , the day after Pentecost, which is on Sunday here just as it is everywhere else. What is special about Monday? – I have no idea. The religious calendar changed long before I was born and at least in the US, there’s nothing to celebrate on Monday, ok nothing in particular. Sort of like the day after Christmas, which also confuses me.

You are definitely reflecting the authentic German experience, though, because my husband said exactly the same thing. The special (or in this case, shorter name, just gets tacked onto the holiday.) Sontag hat man eh frei.

And it looks like you put the day to good use! The pictures are adorable.
